Sony has launched the SRS-NB10 wireless neckband speaker in the US. The neckband sits on your shoulder close to your neck with its speaker positioned under the ears on both sides.
Sony SRS-NB10 features a passive radiator that boosts the bass and a voice pickup technology that's enabled by the high-quality beam-forming array its two microphones have.
It has advanced audio signal processing that minimizes feedback and echoes. The wireless neckband speaker has a lightweight design, weighing approximately 113grams and it also has dedicated controls on both sides of the neckband that allows you to control the volumes, mute, and turn the neckband off/on.
In terms of connectivity, it uses Bluetooth 5.1 that supports SBC and AAC codecs to connect with devices and it also supports a multi-point connection that allows it to connect to two devices at the same time.
Sony SRS-NB10 has a 30-meter maximum communication range and a 20Hz—20,000Hz frequency response range.
According to Sony, the neckband speaker can last up to 20 hours of playtime, and a 10-minute charge quick charge offers up to 1 hour of extra playtime.
The Sony SRS-NB10 comes in Charcoal Grey and White colors and will be available starting September 2021 at a retail price of USD 149.99 (Rs. 11,203 approx.).
