We reported last month that the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 were rumored to launch in July. Now to further back that claim, the Galaxy Z Fold 3 has now been spotted again on the 3C Certification site, revealing that the phone will come with a 25W fast charging adaptor just like its predecessor, the Galaxy Z Fold 2.
The device had previously been spotted on the 3C certification site with a 4,275 mAh (2,215 mAh + 2,060 mAh) battery capacity as the Galaxy Z Fold 3's battery is made up of two individual battery cells.
There are rumors that the Galaxy Z Fold 3 will come with a slightly smaller display as the outer screen is expected to be reduced from 6.23-inch to 5.4-inch with the same aspect ratio, while the internal display measures 7.5-inch.
The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 is rumored to feature an under-display camera. We reported that Samsung is one of the manufacturers expected to release phones with under-display camera features this year and it seems the Galaxy Z Fold 3 is one of the devices they're testing the Under-Display Camera (UDC) technology on.
However, the inclusion of UDC has not been confirmed but if Samsung goes through with it, it is expected that the Galaxy Fold 3 will come with a 16MP front camera on the main display and a 12MP front camera on the cover display. The rear would feature a triple camera setup featuring a 12MP + 12MP + 16MP camera sensor.
The Galaxy Z Fold 3 is also rumoured to come with S Pen support, which will be a hybrid between the S Pen found on the S21 Ultra and the Note 20 series.
Aside from the upcoming Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Z Flip 3 July launch in the foldable flagship, Samsung is rumored to be working on a "Triple-folding" tablet for Q1 2022.
