According to a recent report by prominent leaker, Jon Prosser, the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE is set to be launched on October 29. The last time Samsung Galaxy S21 FE made the news was back in June when its press renders surfaced, revealing key specs.
Going by the exclusive Jon wrote for FrontPageTech, Samsung intends to make the smartphone available for pre-order on Wednesday, 20th of October before it goes on sale on the 29th of October.
The Galaxy S21 FE which has been in the works for quite a while faced several production roadblocks, especially the ongoing chip shortage issue for Samsung that prevented it from being launched alongside the Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Z Flip 3 in August.
It is expected that the smartphone will feature a 6 4-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with 2400 × 1080 Pixel resolution and 120Hz refresh rate.
The smartphone will be powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 888 chipset and will also have a variant with the Samsung Exynos 2100 processor instead. It is tipped to pack 6GB RAM with a 128GB/256GB storage option.
On its rear, it features a triple-camera setup that's expected to be made up of a 32MP primary sensor accompanied by a 12MP ultra-wide camera and an 8MP telephoto camera.
