Realme has officially launched the Realme Watch 2, the successor to the Realme Watch in the Malaysian market. The device which retains the square-shaped design like its predecessor features a 1.4-inch color touch IPS LCD display with IP68 protection, Bluetooth 5.0 support, and a 305mAh battery that can last for 12 days with just a single charge. This is coming on the heels of the Realme Buds Q2, another wearable from the company that was launched in Pakistan just yesterday - the 29th of April, 2021.
Realme Watch 2 is equipped with a 3-axis accelerometer, heart rate sensor, rotor vibration motor, blood oxygen (Spo2) measurement monitor, and it can display other information like sleep detection, steps count, calories, distance, and activity records. The smartwatch also offers 14 sport modes which the company says will be upgraded to 90 via an OTA update.
The smartwatch's 1.4-inch LCD display with a 320×320 pixels resolution has a pixel density of 323 PPI, 600 nits of brightness, and 2.5D Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. The Watch 2 offers over a 100 stylish live watch faces to choose from with the Realme link app.
Other features the smartwatch has includes music control, camera control, call notification, weather forecast, alarm reminder and message reminder.
