Moto G60/Moto G40 Fusion: New Rumors and Confirmed Speculations

Motorola will launch their new Moto G60 / Moto G40 Fusion with new unique features soon, and according to the latest rumors, the 4G devices will be powered by Snapdragon 732G SoC, flaunt market 108MP back cameras, and run fast-charging 6000mAh batteries. They will also come with the new 120Hz refresh rate and a 6.78-inch full High-definition screen.

There have been rumors about two new Moto G smartphones, and although we are not clear about most of the talks flying about, we are almost sure about some features of the latest devices. The famous Indian tech tipster, Mukul Sharma, recently tweeted some new information on his Twitter account.

In his tweets, he confirmed our speculations about Motorola's possibility of launching new mid-range devices in the Indian market. As opposed to the previous speculations about two new Motorola devices, we have received further information from Technik that Hanoip and Hanoi (device code names) will now be merged into a single device — the Motorola G40 Fusion.

This new fusion will be produced differently in the global market, there will be two variants, and the European model will be named "Motorola G60”. While the Brazil and Indian model will be called "Motorola G40 Fusion". Although they are both 4G devices and will most likely be powered by the Snapdragon 732G, there are some different features.

Moto G40 Fusion Rumours & Specification

The main differences are the RAM and ROM specifications and the cameras. The Motorola G40 Fusion will have 4/64GB and 6/128GB variants, only without NFC, and a 64 + 8 + 2 ( 16MP front) camera. While the Motorola G60 will have just a 6/128GB variant (with NFC) and 108 + 8 + 2 ( 32 MP front) cameras.

Both devices will come with microSD ports for memory expansion. There was some confusion about the cameras' rumored quad features, but in a tweet, Mukul Sharma implied that the wide lens might come with macro support.

The memory capacities have been confirmed and published by XDA Developers, but we cannot guarantee the display features. Speculations are that both devices will be full HD 6.78 display with a new 120Hz high refresh rate and be colored in (green) and gray (brown). Also, they will have Android version 11, feature a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor instead of the now preferred side-mounted sensor, and a 3.5mm audio jack.
