Huawei has officially confirmed that the Huawei Nova 9 smartphone will be launched on September 23. In a poster that was shared by the Chinese company, the Huawei Nova 9 will feature a quad-camera on its rear, set up in a circular design.
The smartphone which was recently certified by 3C and TENAA with the model number, RTE-AL00, will feature a 6.57-inch OLED display with 1080 x 2340 pixel resolution, 20:9 aspect ratio along with an in-display fingerprint sensor.
It is expected to be powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 778G SoC and pack up to 8GB RAM with 128GB internal storage.
At its rear, it features a quad-camera ring setup with the 50MP primary sensor at the top while the accompanying 13MP ultra-wide camera, 2MP macro camera, and 2MP depth sensor take the bottom three spots in the circle.
At the front, it packs a 32MP selfie camera in a punch-hole notch.
In terms of connectivity, the Nova 9 smartphone is expected to offer dual-SIM support, 5G, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth v5.2, GPS, a 3.5mm audio jack, and a USB Type-C port.
The Huawei Nova 9 will run on HarmonyOS based on Android 11 and it is tipped to pack a 4,500mAh battery with 66W fast charging support.
