Huawei's HONOR brand has announced a new budget tablet in China today, May 7th, called the HONOR Tablet X7. The device features an 8-inch HD+ display with 1280 x 800 pixels resolution, 189ppi pixel density, 300nits (typical) brightness, 60% NTSC color gamut, and 10-point multi-touch support.
It has an 80% screen-to-body ratio, curved-edge metal body, and is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio P22T processor with IMG PowerVR GE8320 GPU.
The HONOR Tablet X7 runs on Magic UI 4.0 based on Android 10 with Huawei Mobile Services and packs a 3GB RAM and 32GB built-in storage space which is further expandable up to 512GB.

The device also has a 2MP front camera, 5MP autofocus rear camera, and a 5100mAh battery with 10W fast charging support that can get the tablet to 100% in less than 3 hours.
Connectivity options on HONOR Tablet X7 include LTE support, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n/ac, 2.4GHz and 5GHz, Bluetooth 5.0 LE, GPS, micro USB, and 3.5mm jack.

The HONOR Tablet X7 comes in a single Blue color and is priced at 899 yuan (US$ 139 / Rs. 10,240 approx.) for the 3GB RAM with 32GB Wi-Fi version, while the 3GB/32GB Wi-Fi variant with a kid-friendly case is priced at 999 yuan (US$154 / Rs. 11,380 approx.).
The Honor Tablet X7 LTE 3GB/32GB version is priced at 1199 yuan (US$185 / Rs. 13,650 approx.).
