Honor has introduced a new mid-range smartphone called the Honor X8 in UAE. This slightly premium mid-range smartphone comes after the launch of the Honor X10 and X10 Max smartphones that were released last year.
This year, however, the company have already introduced its flagship offering in form of the Honor Magic 4 and Magic 4 Pro, along with a special edition of the Honor 60 series
The new Honor X8 features a 6.7-inch FHD+ display, Snapdragon 680 SoC, 6GB with 2GB RAM expansion feature, and 64MP Quad-camera, to mention a few.
Honor X8 Breakdown
The Honor X8 features a 6.7-inch Full HD+ LCD panel with 2388 × 1080 pixel resolution, 19.9:9 aspect ratio, 2.5D curved glass display with a 90Hz refresh rate.
It is powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 680 processor paired with Adreno 610 GPU for graphics. The smartphone packs 6GB RAM with an additional 2GB RAM Turbo expansion and 128GB internal storage.
At its rear, it features a quad-camera setup that includes a 64MP primary sensor accompanied by a 5MP ultrawide camera and two 2MP depth and macro cameras. At the front, it houses a 16MP selfie camera within a punch-hole notch. Honor X8 supports video recording with both front and rear cameras at 1080p.
In terms of connectivity, Honor X8 offers Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz / 5GHz), Bluetooth 5, and GPS + GLONASS.
The smartphone runs on Magic UI 4.2 based on Android 11 out of the box and packs a 4000mAh battery with 22.5W Honor SuperCharge fast charging.

Pricing & Availability
The Honor X8 will be available in Titanium Silver, Midnight Black, and Ocean Blue colors, at a retail price of 949 Riyals (US$ 252 / Rs. 19,365 approx.).
It will also be available to pre-order from March 17th in the UAE.
