HONOR has shared a teaser video showcasing the design of its upcoming HONOR V7 Pro Tablet which could be unveiled alongside the HONOR Magic 3 Series that's scheduled to be released on August 12. In addition to the teaser video, popular Weibo tipster, Digital Chat Station, revealed that the tablet will be powered by a yet-to-be-released MediaTek's Dimensity 1300T chipset.
The teaser video posted by HONOR's official Weibo account reveals the upcoming HONOR V7 Pro in a blue leather finish. The tablet seems to have a camera module design similar to that of the HONOR 50 series and so it could pack more than one camera sensor.
HONOR V7 Pro was revealed to have flat edges, a volume rocker, and a microphone on its left along with a SIM card tray that suggests a 5G variant of the tablet will be made available.
According to the Digital Chat Station, the HONOR V7 Pro will be powered by MediaTek's yet-to-be-released Dimensity 1300T SoC, making it the first tablet to feature the unreleased chipset.
As revealed in the image containing the official press release leaked by the tipster, MediaTek plans to launch this chipset designed for tablets on the 26th of July with HONOR having 6-month exclusive access to the new processor.
That's all we know about the HONOR V7 Pro Table and the Dimensity 1300T chipset for now but while we expect more news to surface in the coming days, HONOR has recently unveiled the HONOR Band 6 in India.
