Google is planning to launch the Google Pixel 6a smartphone in May this year, according to reliable OnePlus leaker Max J on Twitter. The Google Pixel 6a is expected to have a 6.2-inch flat OLED screen with an in-display fingerprint scanner, a rear camera bar similar to the Google Pixel 6, a metal frame, and a glass back.
Google Pixel 6a will likely feature a 6.2-inch flat OLED display with a resolution of 1080 x 2280 pixels and a 19.48:09 aspect ratio. The smartphone is also rumored to have an in-display fingerprint scanner, like the Google Pixel 6, which will be the first for Google's A-series.

It is expected to be powered by Google's Tensor GS101 processor, just like its predecessor, which will enable it to have some of the features present in the Pixel 6 such as Google Assistant voice typing, Live HDR, and on-device translations.
The smartphone is also rumored to come with a two camera setup at its rear that consists of a 12.2MP IMX363 primary camera and a 12MP IMX386 ultra-wide camera. It could also be launched with an 8-megapixel IMX355 front-facing camera.

Google Pixel 6a is expected to have a glass back and should be available in colors like black, white, and purple. Google has not yet confirmed any of these specifications or the release date for the Google Pixel A-series smartphones.
We will have to wait till May to know more about the Google Pixel A-series smartphones.
