Google Pixel 6 Pro Features In New Leak Showcasing Its Camera Quality

For months now, the Google Pixel 6 series has surfaced in several leaks, renders (even official renders from Google), and rumors building up to its launch later this year. We previously reported the Google Pixel 6 & Pixel 6 Pro renders leak, and now pictures and videos which were taken with the Google Pixel 6 Pro camera have been leaked in a video from YouTuber, M. Brandon Lee of This is Tech Today.

The pictures and videos which Brandon says are from his source in Nigeria show off the camera quality and features of the Google Pixel 6 Pro.   

As seen in the video, here are three photos taken in a dimly lit room, showing the camera’s capabilities at 1x zoom, 2x zoom, and 4x zoom. 

EXIF data from Google Photos were also shown in the video, revealing that these photos were taken in 12.5MP resolution. This supports previous rumors that claimed the smartphone will feature a 50MP sensor that produces 12.5MP pixel-binned images. 

We can't judge exactly how good the Google Pixel 6 Pro camera is based on these pictures and videos due to the fact that the videos were poorly stabilized in portrait mode instead of landscape, and they (pictures and videos) were taken with a pre-release version of the Google Pixel 6 Pro. 

With the official launch of the smartphone drawing near, here's all we know so far:

The Google Pixel 6 Pro is tipped to launch with a 6.7-inch curved AMOLED Display that doesn't wrap around the edge of the phone.

 It is expected to feature a triple-camera set-up that includes a 50MP Sony primary sensor and could be powered by the Whitechapel chip Google is developing. 

According to Brandon's source, Google Pixel 6 Pro will have a retail price of EUR 899 ( $1,045 approx. Rs. 77,900).
